Do I need Square to use it?+
No. The built-in register rings sales without any POS, and you can import a CSV from almost any system or type sales in by hand. Square just makes it live — connect it in one click and card payments stream into the register as they happen, attributed to whoever rang them.
Where does my data live? Is it safe?+
Your account syncs securely to the cloud, so your plan, inventory, and numbers are on every device you sign into — and you can export a real backup file any time. Your recipes go further: they're end-to-end encrypted with a key only you hold, so we can't read them even on our own servers. And the whole product runs with zero cookies and zero trackers.
Can my crew use it at the stall?+
Yes — on Business, invite your whole team with roles for owners, admins, members, and vendors. Vendors get their own portal with the crew calendar and prep lists, and can pick up open market days or trade shifts without a group chat. Every sale they ring is attributed to them automatically.
Can I run more than one market?+
Yes — unlimited markets. Each keeps its own schedule, fees, rules, inventory, vendor roster, and P&L. Switch between them from the sidebar; every tab shows the active market.
What if the forecast is wrong?+
You can see exactly why and fix the right knob. Each of the five stages is governed by one rule — forecast window, waste buffer, pack size, min/max — so a bad number is diagnosable, not a mystery. You can also override any line by hand before approving.
Do I need to install anything?+
No install — it runs in your browser on any laptop or tablet, and installs as an app on your phone. Bring it up at the market to log sales, or at home to plan the next order.
